If you are not able to use PayPal you have the following subscription
and payment options.
1. Pay by credit card over the phone
Phone 0266886143. Please leave a message with your name and phone number. I
will either pick up the phone immediately or phone you ASAP.
2. Pay by credit card via fax
Write down the name on the credit card, the card type (MasterCard,
Visa, AMEX or JCB), the credit card number, the expiry date, the lesson pack
of your choice (Beginner to Intermediate or Teacher's Choice) and your email
address.
Fax these details to 0266886143.
3. Pay by cheque
Write the agreed/advertised amount on your cheque made out to Creative Avenues
and mail it to 2 Nimbin Street, The Channon, NSW 2480. Please enclose
an accompanying note specifying the lesson pack of your choice (Beginner to
Intermediate or Teacher's Choice) and your email address.
4. Pay by Australian money order
Write the agreed/advertised amount on your money order made out to Creative
Avenues and mail it to 2 Nimbin Street, The Channon, NSW 2480. Please
enclose an accompanying note specifying the lesson pack of your choice (Beginner
to Intermediate or Teacher's Choice) and your email address.
5. Pay via direct bank transfer
Email lessons@creativebass.com
with your request for the Creative Avenues account number and further instructions.
