Q: Where do Bass Lessons by Tape or CD come
from?
A: I live in a village called The Channon in northern New South Wales, Australia.
Q: Are the lessons for advanced students?
A: Bass Lessons by Tape are for students of any level, even complete beginners.
Q: What if I don't have a cassette player?
A: Each lesson can be submitted on Compact Disc (CD).
Q: How can you determine specific techniques without seeing the student playing?
A: Years of experience have provided me with the skills required to visualize a student's playing just by listening.
Q: How long is each lesson?
A: Because each lesson is completely individualized, a lesson can range from 20 to 60 minutes, depending on how much explanation and/or demonstration is given. You might record only 5 to 10 minutes which could, however, take several hours preparation. My input time per lesson is usually around two hours.
Q: Do you have ready-made lessons on tape or CD?
A: Yes. The first one titled Groove Creation for Bass is available on CD. Please email an inquiry and/or your suggestions for further lesson topics.
