Lesson Fees, Payment Methods and Enrolment Options

Lesson Fees

Each individualized Bass Lesson by Tape or CD costs USD $50.00. (I require an average of 2 hours to process each lesson and each lesson contains up to four times as much information and material as a conventional face-to-face lesson.) The fee includes postage to anywhere in the world. Each commitment for both teacher and student is for four lessons. This amounts to a total of USD $200.00.

Payment Methods

International Students (non Australian residents) - There are several methods of payment, depending on your country of residence, banking and postal systems. Choose one of the following:
  1. Credit Card - You can pay very securely with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners or JCB by phone or fax. Dial Australia (add relevant prefix from your country) 266886143. Submit the following credit card details: Card Type (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners or JCB), Card Number, Name on Card, Valid Date(s). You can also mail your credit card details to Creative Avenues, PO Box 505, The Channon, NSW 2480, Australia.
  2. International Money Order - Send an International Money Order made out to Creative Avenues for the amount of AUS $250.00 to Creative Avenues, PO Box 505, The Channon, NSW 2480, Australia.
  3. International Bank Draft - Send a Bank Draft made out to Creative Avenues for the amount of AUS $250.00 to Creative Avenues, PO Box 505, The Channon, NSW 2480, Australia.
  4. Direct Transfer from your bank account - Please email your request for instructions, advice and my account details.
  5. PayPal enables you to sign up and pay for lessons right now.
Australian residents only - Choose one of the following:

Enrolment

If you are a new student, use any of the payment methods listed above, then just send an email, letter or fax with the following details:
  1. Name
  2. Age
  3. Sex
  4. Mailing Address
  5. Preferred topics for the first lesson and any other information you feel I should know to get you started.
